Camele Mcintosh’s passion for holistic health began when she learned how to work with herbs and plants as a young child in Jamaica. From the age of three, her Grandmother taught her the names and uses of plants as well as how to harvest, wash and dry plants, create tinctures and make poultices to dress wounds. Her grandmother always said “food is man’s medicine and that’s how God intended it to be.”
